Recipe: Very Berry Smoothie Recipe
Refreshing and tasty drink for the summertime – and an awesome color too.
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 blackberries
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt (some type of berry yogurt would be best, but plain is fine too)
- 1/4 cup low-fat milk or 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 2 cups of ice
While this smoothie is heavy on berries doesn’t lack of great flavor variety. I haven’t tried it with boysenberry but I would love to hear about it. Let me know if you try it. Blend until smooth.
